When a troll moves into an apartment building, he possesses a little girl to turn the building into a fantastical fairy-world by using corpses as portals. This is a somewhat childish movie with decent puppetry and visuals, featuring bad acting and humorous characters and scenarios.

This movie kicks off with the goofy pedophiliac troll turning into a little girl to infiltrate the apartment building because, apparently, it is the best place to resurrect his fairy-world and all of his mythical friends.
Eventually, you discover that the troll was once engaged to the resident witch in the building who takes fancy to the missing girl's brother. Together they try to take on the troll. Oh, and the old lady keeps this as a pet.
I guess this thing is a talking mushroom-penis-head. It squeaks and wiggles!
Before the troll takes his victims, he has a little interview process. There's the 70's-mustache porn-star, Mr. Athlete, and the Elf. The Athlete and Mr. 70's-mustache get turned into this weird green egg thingy that hatches into the forest.

He obviously gets turned into a real elf! This scene is a hysterical one. The midget muppet pops out from the bushes and moans a little bit like a baby. It is awkwardly amusing.
Julia Louis-Dreyfus (Elaine from Seinfeld) is also in this oddly childish horror movie. She dances naked and free in the troll's forest. Never thought I'd see that! And while she does that, the troll does this.
